new complex is located on West Broadway directly across from a major grocery
store, gas station, restaurants and a strip of various businesses. Conveniently
located within five minutes of the University Campus, Hospitals, and Interstate
70. Some units have 2
bedrooms and 2 full baths, one bath with a tub/shower combination and the second
with a walk-in shower. One bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed
while the other has a full bed. We also have 1 bedroom units in this
complex. The kitchen is equipped with a range, dishwasher, full-sized
refrigerator with icemaker, and a
built-in microwave oven. There is also a covered deck or patio with an outside
storage closet. Ample off-street parking is available, but there is also
